Parking restrictions

The average patient waiting time in Southmead’s MIU, from being booked in and seen to being treated and discharged, is just under an hour. Unsurprisingly therefore, patients attending the MIU report having bypassed other health service providers including A&E and their local GPs, as well as the specialist eye, dental or children’s hospitals that are all within four miles of the unit.
