Clarivate Analytics research analytics roadmap

In this session Clarivate Analytics will present the recent developments and new enhancements of research analytics platforms as well as the future roadmap on new broader datasets and new research performance indicators for analytics such as a new citation index called Emerging Sources Citation Index and Open Access at the article level. As a new index in the Web of Science™ Core Collection, Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) expands the citation universe and reflects the growing global body of science and scholarly activity. ESCI complements the highly selective indexes by providing earlier visibility for sources under evaluation as part of SCIE, SSCI, and AHCI’s rigorous journal selection process. Furthermore, in a novel public/private partnership, Clarivate Analytics has joined with Impactstory, a non-profit organization devoted to making science more open and reusable. The arrangement will provide Web of Science users with access to millions of verified, legal open access (OA) articles via Impactstory’s oaDOI knowledgebase.
