CALCULATION OF INITIAL RESERVES USING THE TECHNOLOGICAL MODEL

Description
This article discusses some approaches to risk modeling in general insurance. Problems that are not the subject of the general theory of risk are described, and actuarial practice is implemented in their reformulation. Numerical examples are given to determine the initial amount of the reserve and limit the probability of default to one percent.
