In the new elements of school curriculum, `Synthetic learning' is regarded as an important factor. It is `The way of curriculum organized by experience'. There are various approaches to `Synthetic learning' to make it effective. Several ways from art education have some possibilities that constitute `Synthetic learning' . For example, people can combine many elements of their learning by `images' , and make their relationships through `arts and crafts' . I consider these characteristics of arts have functions to motivate various experiences, and to realize individual thinking. Therefore, we need many opportunities of art education for the future.
