(1985) have developed a hybrid modelling methodology using General Motors (GM) model and two-parameter Weibull distribution model for CO concentrations, generated from line source and found that the hybrid model has predicted satisfactorily for all percentiles range of the distribution. Further, Taylor et al. (1987) have developed four hybrid models to predict SO2 concentrations generated from point sources and observed over prediction by the model when compared to Gaussian plume model. Jakeman et al. (1988) have introduced an integrated methodology for hybrid model formulation and validated it for criteria pollutants.
