Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine hereditäre, konstitutionell bedingte Bluterkrankheit, diekonstitutionelle Thrombopathie, beschrieben.

Vererbungsmodus, klinisches Bild und hämatologischer Befund lassen sie als scharf umrissenes Krankheitsbild in die Gruppe der vererbbaren hämorrhagischen Diathesen einreihen.

Die Pathogenese der Blutungen beruht auf einer Funktionsstörung des Plättchenapparates ohne Veränderung der Plättchenzahl.
