Additional information
This book review was prepared some time ago. Nevertheless, it deals with a topic of such importance that we decided to publish it anyway—The Editors.
To aid those readers who cannot read German fluently, the author has included all of Kammerer's articles written in or translated into English, even though they are not always the most pertinent references.
