Ein grundlegender Überblick über die Funken-Massenspektrometrie wird gegeben, der die Apparatur (Ionenquelle, Analysator, Ionendetektor, Spektreninformation) sowie das Arbeitsverfahren (Probenvorbereitung, Auswertungsmethoden) und eine zusammenfassende Übersicht über die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten umfaßt.

Summary

A general survey of spark source mass spectrometry is given, comprising apparatus (ion source, analyzer, ion detector, spectral information), working techniques (sample preparation, evaluation methods) and a brief outline of application possibilities.
