Identification of Cell Apoptosis Morphology Induced by Oligosaccharides

Article Preview

Abstract:

Oligosaccharide as elicitor signal that induced the plant epidermal cells early apoptosis and death events were investigated In this paper.Onion epidermis was stained by typan blue and the rate of cells death is reached to 7.48% treated for 12h with 500ug / ml oligosaccharides, which were stained by fluorescence AO / EB treated with 50 ug/ml oligosaccharides and observed the cell morphology under fluorescence microscope,Some showed early apoptosis, such as the chromatin breakage, nuclear condensation, appearance of apoptotic bodies.
