Research on the Method of Service Industry Innovation

Abstract:

The present study conducted a literature review on the definition and classification of the domestic and foreign service innovation; and it did a contextual research on service innovation in recent 30 years by HIstcite software. It proposed that domestic researches are still in the stage of introduction and imitation. It lacks innovation and in-depth theoretical and empirical studies. Meanwhile, the future researches tend to solve increasingly complex practical problems in perspective of dynamic and diversity. And the multidimensional index system is urgently to be established.
