초록

국가 간의 경계가 매우 모호해지게 됨에 따라, 새로운 기회와 도전에 직면하고, 타개해 나갈 국제적인 인적자원의 개발, 배치 및 활용과 이들의 활동을 체계적으로 구조화하는 것이 세계적 기업의 사활을 좌우하는 핵심요소로 부각되기 시작하였다. 글로벌경영에 있어서 기업이 당면하게 되는 국제인적자원관리전략은 현지적응과 통합의 선택에 관한 문제이며 국제경영분야에서 계속하여 진행되고 있는 중요한 과제이기도 하다. 국제인적자원관리전략의 선택이 기업의 경쟁우위를 창출하는 중요한 요인으로 인지되고 있음에도 불구하고 국제인적자원관리전략과 경쟁역량과의 관계에 관한 연구는 그 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 국제인적자원관리전략에서 가장 보편적으로 지지되는 본사통합전략과 현지중심전략을 두 가지 큰 흐름으로 구분하였고, 국제인적자원관리전략에 의한 경쟁역량창출과 이러한 역량이 성과에 미치는 영향을 자원준거관점에서 실증분석하고 논의하였으며 향후과제를 도출하였다.
