ABSTRACT
In Chapter 1, the instrumentation for mechanical vibration analysis established the importance of monitoring the human body, i.e. testing, acquisition and analysis of the human body. It appeared that the human body can be considered as a mechanical system and all the vibration interaction issues can be covered under this assumption. 52In addition, humans generally interact with equipment. It is therefore natural to consider a coupled man-machine system where both subsystems interact.
