Application of Quantum Dots in Photodetectors

Published:07 December 2018Publication History

ABSTRACT

The close integration of optics and electronics has created a new discipline in optoelectronics. The high-tech optoelectronics developed by this has penetrated into various fields of people's lives. From fiber-optic communication, laser turntables to modern weapons in the Gulf War, they are closely related to optoelectronic technology. Photodetectors are indispensable components in the optical subsystem. There is no photonics system today without a photodetector.
