Theory of Magnetic Fluctuations in Itinerant Ferromagnets

Abstract

The statistical mechanics of a classical field theory describing mode-mode interactions is shown to lead to a theory of the Curie law and specific-heat anomaly observed in the weak itinerant ferromagnet Sc3In.
