Abstract

This paper develops a quantitative analysis of the asymptotic behavior of a class of integrodifferential equations modelling the competition between tumor cells and immune cells in the medium of environmental cells. The analysis is referred to as a well-defined therapeutical action, namely the possibility of modifying the ability of neoplastic cells to inhibit the immune cells.
