Vertebrobasilar occlusive disease and childhood migraine

A nine-year-old girl developed a cerebellar infant documented by computed tomography. This infarct occurred in association with a typical migraine us attack. Vertebrobasilar occlusive disease has been reported in adult migraineurs but has not been previously reported in children.
