We also note that unreliable visual field tests with the HFA have been shown to be high in the past; Birt et al32 found that more than one-third of HFA measurements in an urban glaucoma population were unreliable. The overarching consensus among our participants regarding the advantages of home monitoring deals with the expanded capacity for data collection.
