Zusammenfassung

Zerebrale Mikroangiopathien sind eine heterogene Krankheitsgruppe mit typischen Folgen für das Hirnparenchym. Aktuell können nur die seltenen genetischen Formen definitiv in vivo diagnostiziert werden, die häufigen sporadischen Formen sind bislang nur indirekt, anhand verursachter Läsionen nachweisbar. Neben nuklearmedizinischen Verfahren, wie dem Amyloid-PET ist hier die Ultrahochfeld-MRT eine Perspektive.
