Résumé
Le but de cette étude a été d’évaluer l’impact de la biopsie guidée sous échoendoscopic sur une série monocentrique de 1 323 patients afin de déterminer:
-
- La sensibilité, la spécificité, la valeur prédictive positive, la valeur prédictive négative et la fiabilité de cette technique;
-
- D’objectiver l’impact du résultat de cette biopsie sur la prise en charge diagnostique et thérapeutique.
Summary
The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of the EUS-guided biopsy in a monocentric series of 1 323 patients in order to determine:
-
- The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of this technique;
-
- To evaluate the impact of the result of this biopsy on the diagnostic and therapeutic management.
