Untersuchungen zur Resorption einzelner Fettsäuren an Säuglingen

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über Untersuchungen zur Resorption von unveresterter Stearin-, Öl- und Linolsäure bei Säuglingen und Frühgeborenen berichtet. Es ergab sich, daß die Resorptionsrate bei den ungesättigten Fettsäuren wesentlich besser ist als die der Stearinsäure, daß aber die Aufnahme von Olivenöl noch weitaus vollständiger ist, als die der Linolsäure. An Hand dieser Ergebnisse sowie von Befunden, welche mit markierten Fettsäuren bei jungen Tieren gewonnen wurden, wird zu den Problemen der Fettresorption Stellung genommen.
