Electrophoretic separation of double-stranded RNA genome segments from Warrego and Mitchell River viruses

Summary

Warrego and Mitchell River viruses form the Warrego serological group of orbiviruses. Their double-stranded RNA genomes differ in molecular weight and in thermal denaturation profiles.
