Summary
Traumatic aneurysms of a digital artery are rare, and only 11 cases have been reported in the literature. This paper describes the aetiology, physical appearances, investigation and management of a false aneurysm of the digital artery of the left little finger.

Les anévrismes traumatiques des artères digitales sont rares: onze cas seulement en ont été rapportés dans la littérature. Cet article décrit un cas de faux anévrisme de l'artère digitale de l'annulaire gauche. Il est essentiel d'effectuer un bilan vasculaire avant d'intervenir chirurgicalement.
