Zusammenfassung

Wenn es um die Ernährung des alten Menschen geht, so gibt es die unterschiedlichsten Konzepte, die in den verschiedenen Foren des Internets und durch die unterschiedlichsten Experten angeboten werden. Diese reichen von Ernährungsmodellen oder Ergänzungen von Nährstoffen (Supplemente), die den Alterungsprozess verlangsamen sollen, bis zu solchen, die das Gedächtnis verbessern oder allen Arten von Krankheiten vorbeugen sollen. Wirklich wissenschaftlich belegt ist keine dieser Empfehlungen.
