Zusammenfassung

Lean Prinzipien basieren auf der Schaffung von Wert aus Kundensicht. Dabei werden gerade bei der Anwendung von Lean Construction der Kundenwert und die Kundeneinbindung selten formuliert und dargestellt. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen bauausführenden Unternehmen und Bauherrenorganisationen stellt eine wichtige Voraussetzung für eine ganzheitliche Anwendung von Lean Construction in der Wertschöpfungskette eines Bauprojekts dar. Dieses Kapitel zeigt den aktuellen Stand von Anwendungen des Lean Construction durch Bauherren auf und beschreibt beispielhaft die Implementierung in der Bauherrenorganisation der BMW Group.
