  • Conference paper
Clinical Pharmacology of Anti-Epileptic Drugs

Abstract

Since the introduction of carbazepine (Tegretol®, CBZ) in 1963 it has been widely used for the treatment of certain types of epilepsy, trigeminal neuralgia, etc. Subsequently, numerous reports on its clinical efficacy were issued. In 1964, the first study on the tolerance of carbamazepine was published (Krüger, 1964).
