Die Kenntnis der EinfluBfaktoren auf klinisch-chemische Meßgrößen ist die Voraussetzung für Indikation und Interpretation klinisch-chemischer Befunde. Eine rationale Basis für die Anforderung, DurchfUhrung und Beurteilung klinisch-chemischer Tests setzt eine Reihe von a priori-Informationen voraus:
