Abstract

The topic addressed by this conference covers a wide spectrum of possibilities. The two main areas of modern sports medicine comprise preventive and rehabilitative medicine in conjunction with training and sports. In many cases, patients participating in a program of training also need medication. Therefore, I will limit myself to the following main topics: (a) the essential preventive effects of physical training in cardiology; (b) effects of drugs in connection with physical work and training.
