Abstract
This chapter deals with benign and malignant spindle cell lesions of the breast other than spindle cell carcinoma and fibroepithelial lesions which are dealt with in Chaps. 12 and 8, respectively. It starts with outlining the scheme that should be followed for diagnosing spindle cell lesions in core biopsies. Important benign and malignant lesions are then discussed individually.
