Abstract
Virus infections, along with graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), are a major impediment to the success of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT). The list of viruses often infecting these patients is long. The herpesviruses infect patients following transplant in a manner temporally related to the time of transplant (1) and form the basis of this report.
