Abstract

In many fields of life sciences, pharmaceutical research, and chemical research and development, application of methods for validated search for active compounds using high-throughput screening (HTS) techniques is rapidly increasing. Time and costs limit assays with many compounds [1]. The aim is to establish high-throughput analysis supplying a high information density.
